TurboCAD Training & Support in South Africa offers the following support options:

TurboCAD Support Package

The TurboCAD Support Package includes 5 support calls or emails. Each support call is up to 20 minutes long and each email should not take longer than 20 minutes to answer. To make sure that you are getting the most from this 20 minutes, TurboCAD uses a web conferencing tool to perform live demonstrations in real time. All you need is an Internet Connection and a Skype account. These 5 support calls are valid for five months.

The cost for the TurboCAD Support Package is R600 plus VAT. Should you not be happy after the first support call, TurboCAD full refund the R600.

Once-off TurboCAD Support

For once-off support TurboCAD offers an up to 30 minute telephone call or email support. To make sure that you are getting the most from this 30 minutes, TurboCAD uses a web conferencing tool to perform live demonstrations in real time. All you need is an Internet Connection and a Skype account. The cost for up to 30 minute support is R215 plus VAT.

TurboCAD also offers support at our office in Wingate Park, Pretoria. 1 hour of TurboCAD support costs R425 plus VAT.

TurboCAD Mentoring & Coaching

With the TurboCAD Mentoring and Coaching programme you get a personal coach that will guide you through your TurboCAD experience. This programme entitles you to up to 2 personal support calls / demonstration sessions per month of 1 hour each.
The coach will use a web conferencing tool to perform live demonstrations in real time. This programme also includes an online discussion forum with an International TurboCAD expert every month.
The cost for this programme is R800 per month.
Complete the TurboCAD Support Registration form below to receive an invitation to this month’s discussion forum at no cost to you. Also if you are not happy with the first demonstration session we will refund your R800.
